Hwang brings a deep background in credit and portfolio management to his role as Managing Partner. Over more than fifteen years in institutional finance, he held senior investment leadership roles at UBS Asset Management and RBC Capital Markets. His experience evaluating businesses, managing risk, and leading investment teams shaped the foundation of Areida’s approach. Areida Group believes business owners deserve access to the same value creation tools and strategic discipline typically reserved for institutional investors, without needing to give up control.
